Welded structures

Frames and structures for machines, platforms, machine components, drilling jigs, pipe constructions and other profile constructions of up to 20 meters can be welded in Werkhuizen Decloedt’s workshops.

We can weld construction steel, high-strength steel, stainless steel and aluminium in our workshops. We also have a CNC brazing machine and plasma cutters, all of the necessary saw machines and we provide laser work and bending.

We are able to finish workpieces to our client’s preferences, ranging from painting, powder coating, anodising, thermal galvanisation, chemical blackening to hardening.

We use all conventional welding techniques, depending on the materials and the expected finish, such as: electrode, MIG/MAG, TIG or pulse welding. We discuss the structure to be welded in advance with the client, including any welding details, certifications and required or necessary NDT inspections for the structure and also the practical use of the structure.

We are also able to offer a wide range of welding work and manufacture of steel structures thanks to our partnership with Gardec. Gardec has a welding knowledge database containing over 60 Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR) certified under EN ISO 15614-1 and DNVGL-OS-C401 with accompanying Welding Procedure Specifications for various welding processes and thickness ranges.
